Letheshome has the most concern for the quality of its products and services.
However, if you are not satisfied with a particular product, whether it is defective or not, you can always return it.
Store.letheshome.com makes every effort to ensure that all the services we provide and all the products we sell are in perfect conditions of use and in accordance with the technical characteristics we publish.
All the thousands of products we handle and the many customers we serve daily can cause anomalies. We resolve to resolve them quickly, within the legal framework and our possibilities.
Thank you in advance for your best understanding and remind us that for a quicker resolution of your case you should note the following simple procedures at the time of reception:
Check that the outer packaging does not present any abnormalities (damaged, wet, torn ...).
Open the packages in the indicated areas (when possible) and keep them in a good condition for 48 hours.
Check that the products have no visible defects in transport or manufacture.
Write down all complaints in the Reception Report.

The store.letheshome.com may request the evaluation of the complaint by a technician, making the customer available for this evaluation within a reasonably short period and always within the warranty period.
Return Acceptance Conditions
The customer has the right to return the products purchased whenever one of the following situations occurs:
The delivered products have manufacturing defects detected and reported within the warranty period (see point 8 of the Terms and Conditions).
The delivered products present deficiencies caused by the transportation to the place of assembly, detected by the customer at the time of receipt or assembly.
The delivered products do not comply with the technical specifications indicated on store.letheshome.com or do not serve within the reasonability the purposes indicated in store.letheshome.com, making the client the complaint of these anomalies in a maximum term of 14 days from the date of receipt of the article.
Within the scope of the right of free resolution (article 10, nº 1 of DL 24/2014 of February 14), the customer can return the products without having to justify the reason for the return, provided that he manifests his intention by registered letter sent to the headquarters of Letheshome (Vianatece Artesanato Tecelagem Lda., Zona Industrial do Neiva, 2ª Fase, 4935-232 Neiva, Portugal) within 14 days of receipt of the order. In this case the return is considered the responsibility of the customer.
Returns of products are carried out under the conditions indicated below:
The customer should request to www.store.letheshome.com the article's survey at the address where it was delivered.
According to article 13, paragraph 2 of DL 24/2014 of February 14, store.letheshome.com will charge the cost corresponding to the services of collection and possible disassembly of the products returned under the conditions indicated in 1.3.
The customer agrees to keep the products that he intends to return in the conditions in which they were delivered, with the original packaging in a reasonable state of conservation in order to allow its resale.
Returned products must contain all accessories delivered, including assembly manuals, hardware and tools included in the price.
In case of exchange, if the cost of the new order is higher, the user will have to pay for the difference, adding to the exchange request the payment of the remainder or doing so when the new order is withdrawn.
Charges for return
In case of a return of the responsibility of the customer according to item 22.214.171.124 the customer accepts without any restriction that the products supplied in "Kit" that require assembly, carried out by our technicians or by third parties, suffer in this process a wear and tear that changes the their initial supply characteristics.
Resale of these products can only be done at a significant discount. In the case of a return of the responsibility of the customer, the client accepts that store.letheshome.com deduct in the refund, a value corresponding to the devaluation suffered by the good in the process of setting up 25% of its value in new.
In the case of a return of the customer's responsibility, store.letheshome.com will charge the shipping costs.
Whenever refunds of amounts paid by the customer are made, store.letheshome.com undertakes to make every effort to ensure that they are carried out as quickly as possible and within a period not exceeding 30 days.
Within 14 days of the date on which store.letheshome.com is informed of the decision to terminate the contract, store.letheshome.com will reimburse the consumer for all payments received, including delivery of the asset pursuant to paragraph 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law 24/2014 of February 14 (amended by Law 47/2014 of 28.07).
Payment will be reimbursed through the same means of payment used by the customer in the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed and provided that the customer does not incur any costs as a consequence of the refund.
Store.letheshome.com is not obliged to reimburse the additional costs of delivery when the customer expressly requests a different and more costly delivery method than the commonly accepted and less costly modality proposed by store.letheshome.com.
Except in cases where store.letheshome.com offers to collect the goods, retention of the reimbursement is only allowed while the articles are not received or as long as the consumer does not provide proof of the return of the article.
When the article delivered at the customer's place at the time of the conclusion of a contract concluded outside the commercial establishment, can not, by its nature or size, be returned by mail, it is incumbent on store.letheshome.com to collect the article and support the respective cost.
Failure to comply with the repayment obligation within the period provided for in No. 126.96.36.199 obligates store.letheshome.com to double the amounts paid by the customer, within a period of 15 working days, without prejudice to the customer for damages for property and non-equity damages.
