Return/Exchange Policy

The customer has the right to return the products purchased whenever one of the following situations occurs:
The delivered products have manufacturing defects detected and reported within the warranty period (see point 8 of the Terms and Conditions).

The returns of products are carried out under the circumstances specified below:
The customer should request to pick up the article at the address where it was delivered.
